These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Healthy Minds Golf Club (referred to in these Terms as “HMGC” or the “Platform”). HMGC is a trading name used by Florio Golf Ltd., a company incorporated in England (referred to as “Florio Golf”, “we” or “us”).

• External resource directory – we list charities, helplines and services that may be helpful . Inclusion does not imply endorsement or accreditation, and we do not accept payment for listings. HMGC does not provide direct support through this directory and is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of services offered by third parties. We apply objective criteria, such as public benefit, reputational standing and relevance to our community, when selecting resources for inclusion.

The Platform does not offer user accounts or subscription services.

1.1 International Users

HMGC is based in the United Kingdom and is operated by Florio Golf Ltd. We make no promise that the website is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the UK. If you choose to access the website from locations outside the UK, you acknowledge you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

HMGC is under no obligation to publish any submission. We reserve the right to remove or edit user content at any time.

We have no control over third party websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. Accessing these sites is at your own risk. From time to time HMGC may publish sponsored articles, advertisements or content created in partnership with other organisations. Sponsored content will be clearly marked. Sponsored partnerships do not influence our editorial independence, and we do not accept payment for inclusion in our resource directory.
